7.7 Applicant information is retained until the applicant gives their data to be removed from the database, but Virtual Assistance often deletes unused data within two years of receipt. At the end of this period, we will ask you whether you wish to remain registered with Virtual Assistance Ltd (extension of consent) or have your recordings erased.
